Cancellation Policy

Booking & Rental Policy A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your rental is not confirmed until the deposit is paid and the rental agreement is signed. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event. If the balance is not paid on time, your booking may be canceled and the deposit forfeited. Accepted payments include debit/credit card, Zelle, PayPal, and Cash App. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event may be rescheduled without a new deposit, based on availability. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will forfeit the deposit and require a new booking deposit. Inclement weather includes unsafe conditions such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, or high winds. If setup cannot be completed due to unsafe weather, you may reschedule for an available date or receive a credit for the amount paid toward a future booking. Credits are valid for one (1) year. Delivery and pickup are completed within a 3-hour window. Daily rentals are typically delivered between 7 AM-10 AM and picked up between 4 PM-7 PM. Full weekend rentals are typically delivered Friday between 4 PM-7 PM and picked up Sunday between 1 PM-4 PM. Delivery is included within 15 miles. A $25-$50 delivery fee applies beyond 15 miles. Customer must provide a flat, clean, and clear setup area free of debris, pet waste, sharp objects, trees, fences, power lines, and overhead obstructions. A working electrical outlet and/or water spigot must be within 50 feet of the setup area. Inflatable equipment requires at least 2 feet of clearance on all sides. No refunds will be issued if setup cannot be completed due to space, access, power, or safety issues. A responsible adult 18+ must supervise equipment at all times. No shoes, food, drinks, gum, silly string, sharp objects, flips, rough play, or overcrowding are allowed. Inflatables must be deflated during rain, thunderstorms, or high winds over 13 mph. Customer is responsible for all rented equipment from delivery to pickup and agrees to return equipment in the same condition received. Additional fees may apply for late payment, extra delivery distance, excessive cleaning, damage, misuse, theft, or missing equipment. Customer assumes all risks related to equipment use and agrees to release and hold harmless Keep It Jumping Entertainment LLC from claims, injuries, damages, or expenses related to use of rented equipment.
