To book a rental, you can visit our website or give us a call. Your booking is not confirmed until both a signed rental agreement and a $75 non-refundable deposit is received.

Your remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours prior to your event. If payment is not received, your booking may be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, PayPal and Cash App for your convenience.

All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your event, you may reschedule without need a new deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours of your event, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

If we are unable to safely setup due to inclement weather such as heavy rains, high winds greater than 13 mph, or thunderstorms, you may reschedule your event or receive a credit equal to the amount paid. Credits are valid for one year from the original event date. We will not set up equipment in inclement weather.

Inflatables such as bounce houses and wet/dry combos can be set up on grass, turf, concrete, or other flat hard surfaces. Grass is preferred for proper anchoring but alternative methods may be used on hard surfaces. Waterslides cannot be setup on any other surface except grass.

Yes, a working electrical outlet must be located within 50 ft of the setup area. If you rent multiple inflatables we suggest a separate electrical outlet for each unit. If power source is not available a generator may be required. Generators are available to rent.

Each bounce house and combo inflatable can accommodate 8 children (depending on size and weight) and a maximum weight of 800 pounds. Each water slide inflatable can only accommodate one child sliding per lane at a time.

You are responsible for any damage to the equipment and agree to pay full repair or replacement cost.

Delivery and pick up times are provided within a 3-hour window. Exact timing depends on your rental type and schedule. We will communicate an exact time on the day of the event.

Yes, electrical cords and water hoses will be provided during setup of your equipment.
