Booking & Rental Policy

Thank you for choosing Keep It Jumping Entertainment. A non-refundable $75 deposit is required to reserve your rental. Remaining balances are due 48 hours before the event date. Free delivery is available within 15 miles, deliveries 16-25 miles incur a $25 fee, and deliveries beyond 25 miles incur a $50 fee. Rental delivery and pickup windows are communicated in advance. An adult (18+) must be present during delivery and pickup. Customers must provide a clean, level, setup area with at least 2 feet of clearance around each inflatable. Rentals may be delayed, suspended, or canceled due to unsafe weather conditions including thunderstorms or sustained winds above 13+ mph. An excessive cleaning fee of $75 may be assessed when equipment is return excessively dirty. Customers are responsible for identifying and marking all sprinkler heads and known underground utilities before installation. Completion of you booking indicates acceptance of all policies and the rental agreement.
