How do I reserve my rental?

Reserve online or contact us to receive an invoice by email or text. Your reservation is confirmed once payment is received and the rental agreement is signed. Reservations made within 48 hours required full payment and prior approval.

When is my remaining balance due?

If you make a $75 initial payment, the remaining balance is due at least 48 hours before your event. An invoice will be sent by email and/or text for payment. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in cancellation, and the initial payment will not be refunded.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Acceptable payments include credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo and Cash App. Cash payments are not accepted at this time.

What is your cancellation policy?

The $75 initial payment is non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event may be rescheduled with the same initial payment. For cancellations made within 48 hours of the event, the initial payment is forfeited and a new initial payment is required to rebook.

Can I book a rental for the same day?

Accepted Answer

Yes, same day rentals may be available. Because availability and delivery schedules can vary, same day reservations must be requested and approved before they are confirmed. Requests are usually reviewed within an hour. Same day rentals require full payment upon approval. Same day delivery times are based on our existing rental and delivery schedule.
