Booking & Rental Policy

Thank you for choosing Keep It Jumping Entertainment! PAYMENTS: Pay in full or make a $75 non-refundable initial payment to reserve your rental. Any remaining balance is due 48 hours before the rental date. Full payment is required for reservations made within 48 hours. CANCELLATIONS: With more than 48 hours' notice, a reservation may be rescheduled without another payment being submitted. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the payment and a new payment will be required to book again. FEES: Delivery is free within 15 miles of ZIP code 32221, $25 for 16-25 miles and $50 beyond 25 miles. Same day rental requests require approval, full payment and a $100 fee. A separate $50 fee applies when delivery and pickup are both requested on the same calendar day. A $100 excessive cleaning fee may apply when equipment requires additional labor or specialized cleaning due to prohibited items being used. Applicable fees are invoiced separately via email and/or a payment link. DELIVERY & SETUP: Delivery and pickup windows are confirmed separately from the selected rental time. An adult 18 years or older must be present during delivery and pickup. Customers must provide a clean level accessible setup area and inform us of all sprinkler heads and known underground utilities before setup. Power and/or water must be available within 50 feet when required. WEATHER & CLEANING: Rentals may be delayed, suspended or cancelled because of severe weather such as thunderstorms, heavy rain or sustained winds above 13 mph. If we cancel your reservation due to the weather you can reschedule or receive a refund for the full payment amount. Completing your reservation confirms your acceptance of this policy and the rental agreement.
